HUMBLE LOG CABBAGE STEW 
1 lb. ground beef
2 onions, sliced
1 c. shredded cabbage
1/2 c. celery, diced
2 c. water
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 can tomatoes
1 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 tsp. chili powder

Brown beef; add onion, cabbage and celery. Cook until vegetables are yellow. Add water and simmer for 15 minutes. Put in remaining ingredients and continue to cook 15 to 20 minutes.
