A FAVORITE TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 env. taco seasoning
3/4 c. water or 1 sm. jar salsa

Cook and drain good on paper towel lined cookie sheet.

1 med. lettuce, torn into pieces
1/2 c. sliced black olives (opt.)
1 c. shredded cheese
1 lg. tomato, cut into wedges
Coarsely crushed tostado nacho flavored chips
1 bottle Catalina salad dressing

In salad bowl combine lettuce, olives, cheese, tomato; add drained meat and crushed chips. Toss well and add dressing; mix well. Decorate top with crushed chips. Recipe may be doubled.
