FIREMAN RICK'S TEXAS CHILI 
5 lbs. ground beef
1/2 lb. sirloin tip, diced
4 onions, chopped
3 green peppers, minced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 fresh or canned jalapeno pepper, diced
2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 tbsp. oregano
6 bay leaves
2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
10 oz. beer
1 1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
1 1/2 c. parsley, chopped
1 (27 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. cumin
2 1/2 tsp. mild chili powder
2 1/2 tsp. hot chili powder
2 dashes Tabasco sauce
2 lg. dashes Worcestershire

Brown meat in large heavy pot. Add next 4 ingredients and saute. Add remaining ingredients; cook over low heat for 3 hours. Freezes well.
