SOUR CREAM COFFEE CAKE 
CAKE:

1 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. white flour
1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1/2 c. wheat germ
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter, softened
2 eggs

TOPPING:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2-3 tbsp. melted butter
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Grease tube pan. Cream butter and sugar together; add eggs, vanilla and sour cream; blend well. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Put 1/2 of batter in pan, add 1/2 of topping. Add remaining half of batter. Add remaining half of topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
