1 egg white
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. pecan halves

Beat egg white until fluffy. Add sugar and beat; add pecan halves. Stir until coated well. Drop by teaspoon on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 275 degrees for about 25 minutes.
