FRIED RICE 
3/4 lb. hamburger, cooked, drained of fat
4 c. cooked white oriental rice
1/2 raw onion, cubed very sm.
1 med. raw potato, peeled and cubed very sm.
1 sm. carrot, peeled and cubed very sm.
2 raw eggs
1 heaping tbsp. sesame seeds
2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Prepare meat and rice set aside. Chop vegetables and add to hot wok or skillet with 2 tablespoons oil. Cook until tender. Season to taste. Add cooked hamburger and cooked rice to vegetables. stir in 2 raw eggs to pan and sesame seed. Cook until eggs are done and all ingredients are blended and heated through. Takes approximately one hour to prepare. Serves 4-6.
