BANANA PUDDING 
1 c. sugar
6 tsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
3 c. Carnation milk
4 egg yolks
1 sm. bunch bananas
1 box vanilla wafers

Put flour and sugar in saucepan; mix well. Add egg yolks, sugar and a small amount of cream to smooth. Gradually add rest of milk, stirring constantly on medium heat until thick.

Alternate layers of wafers and bananas in oven proof dish, beginning and ending with wafers. Pour pudding over wafers and bananas. Use standard meringue topping browned in oven.
