JIFFY PEANUT BUTTER CUPS 
1 Jiffy pie crust mix
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter
1 egg
Reese's peanut butter cups

Blend pie crust mix and sugar together. Cut in peanut butter until well blended. Beat in egg until smooth. Shape into a roll and wrap in waxed paper and chill for several hours. Slice thin and press into bottom of miniature muffin pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 6 or 7 minutes on ungreased pan. Remove from oven and place a Reese's miniature peanut butter cup in the center of each cookie. Cool slightly before removing from pan. Yield: 50 cookies.
