MOCK COCONUT CREAM PIE 
3 eggs
4 pkgs. non-sugar sweetener or 8 tsp. sugar
1 c. dry milk powder
1 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. coconut extract
1 c. cooked spaghetti squash
Nutmeg

Blend all ingredients except squash. Spray an 8 inch pie pan with Pam and lime the pan with the squash. Pour the liquid mixture over the squash. Place in a pan of water. Sprinkle nutmeg on top. Bake in a 450 degree oven for 10 minutes then a 325 degree oven for 30 minutes.
