BEEF NACHO DIP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1/4 c. taco sauce
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. black olives
Grated cheese

Crumble and brown beef with onion. Spread beans in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Combine chilies with beef and onion and spread on top of beans. Drizzle taco sauce over meat. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with grated cheese, dollops of sour cream, and sprinkle with onions and olives. Serve hot as a dip with taco chips.
