MARINATED PEA SALAD 
1 can French style green beans, drained
1 can Le Sueur peas, drained
1 can white whole kernel shoepeg corn, drained
1 sm. jar pimento
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. diced celery

MARINADE:

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. water
3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
1 c. sugar

Bring to boil. Let cool a little and pour over all the above vegetables. Let set in refrigerator for 12 to 18 hours. Stir several times before serving.
