DILL PICKLES | |
6 c. distilled water 2 c. vinegar 1/3 c. canning salt Boil brine for 10 minutes. One recipe of brine is enough for 4 quarts of pickles. Use small cucumbers. Place onion and dill in bottom of jar or you can use garlic. Cover with boiling brine. Process in simmering bath for 10 minutes. |
