HAWAIIAN CHICKEN 
10 pieces chicken, skinned and boneless
18 oz. bottle Russian dressing
18 oz. jar apricot jam
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Place chicken parts in casserole and season to taste. Pour dressing over chicken, thoroughly covering each piece. Pour jam over chicken. Sprinkle onion soup mix over the top. Cover and bake in slow oven at least 1 hour.
