CHOCOLATE DELIGHT 
1 stick butter
1 c. flour
3/4 c. chopped nuts

Melt butter over low heat, add flour and nuts. Pat in bottom of baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

STAGE #2:
1/2 lg. container Cool Whip
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Beat together, spread over stage #1.

STAGE #3:
1 sm. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
1 sm. pkg. vanilla instant pudding
2 1/2 c. milk

Pour milk in mixing bowl. Add vanilla and chocolate pudding. Beat 2 minutes, spread over stage #2.

TOPPING:

Spread other half of Cool Whip over pudding. Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Refrigerate 2 hours before serving.
