SPRINGTIME SALAD 
1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 head broccoli, chopped
1 sm. chopped red onion
2 chopped carrots
1 pkg. frozen peas, uncooked
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and broken into pieces
1/3 c. sugar mixed with 1 c. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese

Combine all ingredients and let set at least 8 hours. Any crunchy vegetable can be used. Equal can be substituted for sugar (2 packages instead of 1/3 c. sugar).
