GRAPEFRUIT NOG 
2 1/4 cups (#2 can) grapefruit juice
1/4 cup sugar
1 tall can evaporated milk
2 cups cracked ice

Stir sugar into grapefruit juice. Pour the milk over the cracked ice. Stir in the grapefruit juice slowly to prevent curdling. Beat or shake until well chilled and foamy.

Yield: 6 servings.

Any fruit juice may be used.
