PECAN FUDGE PIE | |
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate morsels 4 eggs, beaten 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. vanilla extract 1 c. light corn syrup 2 tbsp. melted butter 1 1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans 1 unbaked 10" pastry shell Melt chocolate morsels in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Combine eggs, salt, vanilla, corn syrup and butter in a mixing bowl; mix well. Slowly add chocolate to egg mixture, stirring rapidly. Stir in pecans. Pour into pastry shell; bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until set. Cool. |
