CHICKEN CORDON BLEU | |
2 boneless chicken breasts 1 can cream of chicken soup 1/4 c. any white wine 4 slices ham 4 slices aged Swiss cheese Press chicken flat to make it easier to roll. Put 1 slice ham and 1 slice cheese on each piece of chicken. Roll and secure with toothpick. Brown chicken rolls in butter. Mix soup and wine together. Pour over chicken and simmer covered about one hour. The sauce is good on noodles, rice, green beans or asparagus. Serves 4. |
