BLENDER MOUSSE 
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. white sugar
3 eggs
1 c. scalded milk
2-4 tbsp. brandy, rum or almond flavoring
Whipped cream, optional

Pour chocolate chips, sugar and eggs into blender and mix for 1 minute. Heat milk to near boiling in pan or in microwave. Pour milk into chocolate mixture and blend until chocolate is smooth (approximately 2 minutes). Add flavoring and fold in whipped cream or garnish as desired. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Makes 6-8 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
