SAUSAGE-LIMA BEAN DISH 
1 lb. pork sausage
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 clove garlic, minced (optional)
1/3 c. green olives, chopped
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen baby lima beans
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 c. water
Salt to taste

Brown pork sausage, onion, green pepper and garlic. Pour off grease. Add olives, tomatoes, lima beans and salt. Cook on low to medium until beans are done. Add a little water if needed. Mix flour and water. Add to mixture. Cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Serve over rice or noodles.
