GROUND MEAT AND POTATOES 
8 potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 onions, peeled and chopped
1 lb. ground meat, cooked and drained
1 lg. can tomato sauce

Mix tomato sauce and onion and ground meat together. Put a layer of potatoes in a large casserole. Put a layer of ground meat mixed with onion and sauce on top of potatoes. Put the rest of potatoes on the top of ground meat and cover with the rest of the ground meat and sauce. Cover with a lid or foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
