SPINACH AND MEAT CURRY 
1 bunch spinach
1 lb. stew meat
2 tbsp. oil
1 onion
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. curry powder
4 med. tomatoes
1/3 tsp. ground garlic
1 tsp. ground ginger

Add garlic, ginger, salt, cayenne pepper, curry powder to the meat. Fry cut onion in oil until they are brown and add meat to the onion and let it fry good (put the lid on the pan). Add cut spinach and let it cook well. Let all the water evaporate then add tomatoes which are already ground in the grinder (make sure the meat is tender before adding the tomatoes if not, the meat will remain tough). Let it cook for some more time so that it's not watery but thicker than Ragu Spaghetti Sauce.
