MICROWAVE MEXICAN MANICOTTI 
1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. refried beans
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
8 manicotti shells
1 1/4 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can picante or taco sauce
1 (8 oz.) carton dairy sour cream
1/4 c. chopped green onions
1/4 c. sliced ripe olives
1/2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Combine ground beef, refried beans, oregano and cumin. Fill uncooked shells with meat mixture. Arrange in baking dish (10 x 6 x 2). Combine water and sauce and pour over. Cover with vented plastic. Microwave high 10 minutes. Give dish half turn once. Turn shells over. Medium 17 to 19 minutes. Combine sour cream, onion and olives. Spoon down center. Top with cheese. Medium high 2 to 3 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
