CHICKEN PUFFS 
3 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. butter
2 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 (8 oz.) pkg. crescent rolls
Ritz crackers, crumbled

Blend cream cheese and 2 tablespoons butter until smooth. Add the 5 ingredients and mix well. Separate rolls into 4 rectangles. Flatten out and pinch serrations together. Spoon chicken mix into each rectangle and fold corners together and pinch to fasten. Melt 1 tablespoon butter. Brush on puffs and sprinkle with crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes.

Can be frozen at this point.
