Sweet potatoes

Use as many sweet potatoes as desired. Boil sweet potatoes. Remove the skin. Cut in narrow strips lengthwise. Place in deep fat, 350 degrees, until golden brown. Drain on paper towel. Sprinkle with salt and serve with chops or steak.
