1 box yellow cake mix (any brand)
2 eggs
1 stick butter

Mix with mixer until a stiff batter. Work out into a 9x13 inch pan. Mix with mixer: 1 lg. cream cheese 2 eggs

Beat until smooth. Put over top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes; cool. Cut in any size desired.

NOTE: May also use chocolate cake mix and add nuts.
