1 1/2 to 2 lb. tender loin steak strips
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
1/2 c. (medium) salsa
2 tsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together in small bowl. Marinate steak overnight, then grill to medium rare.
