PISTACHIO DESSERT 
2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
2/3 c. melted butter

FILLING:

2 boxes instant pistachio pudding
2 c. milk

Beat until thick 2 minutes. Add 1 quart softened vanilla ice cream. Blend well. Pour into pan. Top with Cool Whip and chocolate shavings. Let refrigerate 2 hours.
