CHINESE CHICKEN THIGHS - SESAME 
8 chicken thighs (or 4 - 6 breasts)

Marinate chicken for 15 minutes in: 2 tbsp. rice or white wine

Dip each piece in beaten egg whites then dredge in mixture of: 1/2 c. cornstarch 1/2 c. sesame seeds Parsley, optional

Deep fry until golden and tender.
