1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding
1 can Eagle brand milk
1 med. size Cool Whip
Vanilla wafers
Bananas

Mix pudding according to directions on package. Add milk and half of the Cool Whip. Layer wafers, bananas and pudding mixture in large bowl. Spread remaining Cool Whip on top. Chill before serving.
