7 1/2 c. sugar
4 c. water
4 tsp. vanilla
12 tbsp. instant coffee dissolved in 1 c. hot water
2 fifths of vodka
2 tsp. liquid glycerine

Boil sugar and water for 1 minute. Add other remaining ingredients and mix well.
