CRAB QUICHE 
1 c. mayonnaise
4 tbsp. flour
4 eggs (beaten)
1 c. milk
12 to 16 oz. crab meat
3 c. Swiss cheese
1 med. onion (chopped fine)
2 (9 inch) pie crusts

Prick pie shells and bake at 400 for about 15 minutes until they get light brown. Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk together. Stir in other ingredients. Shred the Swiss cheese. Spoon evenly into the 2 pie shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until center is firm. Cool slightly before cutting.
