1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin 1 pkg. vanilla tapioca pudding mix 1 c. mini marshmallows 2 cans mandarin oranges 1 can pineapple tidbits 2 bananas, diced 1/4 c. chopped maraschino cherries Take juice form fruit; add enough water to make 3 cups of liquid. Simmer pudding and gelatin in liquid for 10 minutes. Add marshmallows and stir until dissolved. Cool. After cooling, add fruit. This doesn't mold so make in the dish you will serve it on. Make a day before serving. Makes about 8 servings. |
