MICROWAVE PASTA PRIMAVERA 
1 (12 oz.) jar Heinz Home Style chicken gravy
1/4 c. half & half
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper (optional)
1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. broccoli flowerets
1 1/2 c. zucchini, sliced
1 c. fresh mushrooms, sliced
1/2 c. green onion, sliced
1/2 med. red bell pepper, cut into thin strips
6 oz. uncooked linguini (3 c. cooked)
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Combine first 5 ingredients in a 4 cup glass measure. Cover with vented plastic wrap and microwave on High for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes, or until bubbly, stirring once. Let stand covered. Place butter, broccoli, zucchini, mushrooms, onions and bell pepper in a 2 quart casserole. Cover and microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes, or until vegetables are tender crisp, stirring twice during cooking. Stir in the gravy mixture. Prepare linguini according to package directions. Drain. Place linguini in a 3 quart casserole. Pour vegetable mixture over linguini. Add cheese and toss well. Microwave on High, uncovered, 5 to 6 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Makes 6 servings.

NOTE: You can substitute spaghetti for the linguini. This an be made on your kitchen range also.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
