HORSERADISH PICKLES 
Drain 1 quart of dill pickles, cut in strips. Place pickles back in jar then add:

1 med. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. celery seed
3 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/4 c. sugar

Store in refrigerator. Shake often to dissolve sugar.
