CHOC - MINT SNAP | |
1 3/4 c. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon 2/3 c. shortening 1 egg 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1/4 tsp. peppermint extract 2 tsp. baking soda 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sugar 1/4 c. light corn syrup Mix flour, soda, cinnamon, salt and set aside. Cream together shortening and sugar in bowl until light and fluffy, using electric mixer at medium speed. Add egg and cooled chocolate mixture (corn syrup, chips, and peppermint extract). Stir dry ingredients into mixture. Shape into small balls. Roll in powdered sugar. Bake at 350 degrees. |
