STRAWBERRY DESSERT 
1 (5 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 1/2 cups boiling water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
2 tbsp. sugar
2 pinches of salt
1 (8 oz.) tub Cool Whip
1 (10-inch) angel food cake

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in strawberries. Add sugar and salt and cool until thick. Fold in Cool Whip. Crumble half of angel food cake in bottom of 13x9-inch pan. Pour half of Jello mixture over cake. Add more cake and more Jello.
