LOW SALT DIET CHICKEN 
2 1/2 lbs. chicken, cut into pieces
Grated rind of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
Thyme
Garlic powder
Oregano
Black pepper

Place chicken in a shallow baking pan, sprinkle with rind, lemon juice and seasonings. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 30 minutes, turn pieces and bake 30 minutes longer.
