FUDGE - NUT PIE 
1 sm. can evaporated milk
1 sm. bag chocolate chips
2 tsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
Dash of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Unbaked pie shell
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

In a saucepan, mix together milk, chocolate chips, and butter. Heat over low flame until melted. In a mixing bowl, mix together the flour, eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Add the melted chocolate mixture and stir until well blended. Add the chopped nuts. Pour into an unbaked pie shell and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until center of pie is set.
