1 lb. crab meat
1 egg yolk
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika

Mix all ingredients well; form into patties and fry in hot oil. Brown on both sides.
