COCONUT PIE 
1/2 stick melted marg.
1 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. each self rising, flour and cornmeal
4 tsp. sweetmilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. coconut
1 pie shell

Mix ingredients in this order. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees or medium heat for approximately 30 minutes or golden brown. Serves 8.

This recipe may also be used for pecan pie. Delete coconut and add desired pecans.
