MICROWAVE SALMON AND RICE 
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (15 oz.) can salmon, drained (save liquid)
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked rice

Combine soup, fish liquid and cheese, stir well. Add salmon and rice mixture. Cover, microwave on high 8 minutes. Stir after 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
