APPLE STRUEDEL 
3 med. apples
2 c. water
1 stick butter
Cinnamon
Recipe for 2 pie crusts or 2 ready-made pie crusts
1 2/3 c. sugar
1 stick butter
Dash of salt

Peel apples; core and cut each into eighths. Cut each crust into 12 pie-shaped pieces, 24 pieces in all. Roll each piece of apple in crust slice, beginning at big end. Lay side by side in baking dish. Bring to boil the sugar, water, butter, and salt. Pour over apples and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in 375 degree oven about 1 hour or until golden brown.
