3 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese
4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. lemon extract
2 1/4 c. crushed vanilla wafers
3/4 stick butter
2 1/2 pt. sour cream
5 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. orange extract

Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and lemon. Beat exactly 30 minutes. Mix vanilla wafers and butter, then line springform pan bottom with it. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir together sour cream, sugar, and orange flavor. Pour on top of cake and put back in oven for 6 minutes. Cool and put in ice box overnight. Remove the cake form next day. Absolutely delicious!
