CINNAMON CHEESECAKE 
20 graham crackers
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 lb. cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
3 beaten eggs
2 c. sour cream
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Sliced almonds & cinnamon

Crush graham crackers and mix with 1/2 cup melted butter and 1/4 cup sugar. Line 8"x11" pan with the crumbs. Bake 5 minutes at 350 degrees.

Allow cheese to soften and beat with electric beater with 1/2 cup sugar and 3 beaten eggs. Turn mixture into lined pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees and cool.

Combine 2 cups sour cream, 1 1/4 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and pour gently over cheesecake. Spread with almonds and cinnamon and bake for 10 minutes. Cool and chill for 24 hours.
