2 carrots, grated
1 sm. can minced chicken, white meat
1/2 c. minced celery
1/2 c. pecans, chopped
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. curry, optional

Mix the curry, carrots, cream cheese, celery and Worcestershire sauce and chicken thoroughly, refrigerate until firm. Place mixture on wax paper and work into a log. Using wax paper instead of fingers to shape the log will keep it from softening. Roll in pecans and keep chilled until ready to serve.
