MOM NABORS' RUM CAKE | |
1 (18 oz.) box yellow cake mix 1 (4 serving size) box vanilla instant pudding 4 eggs 1/2 c. cold water 1/2 c. oil 1/2 c. rum 1 c. macadamia nuts 1 recipe Rum Glaze (follows) Preheat oven to 325 degrees. In a bowl, combine cake ingredients. Mix macadamia nuts in last. Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt pan. Bake the cake for 1 hour, or until cake tester comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack. While cake cools, make Rum Glaze. |
