THE MEATBALL AND MUSHROOM RECIPE 
1/2 lb. ground chuck
Cube a sm. onion
1/4 of green pepper, chopped fine
2 tbsp. A-1 sauce

Mix all ingredients together. Roll them into small balls and cook them in covered frying pan for 10-15 minutes until they look done.

Mix a can of mushroom soup and about 2/3 can whole milk. Add about a dozen fresh mushrooms with it. Put all of this in a saucepan, cook on medium heat. Add the meatballs when it starts to bubble and cook it until the mushroom sauce thickens, 30-45 minutes. May be served over noodles.
