WHITE CHOCOLATE CANDY 
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. white chocolate
1 c. dry roasted nuts
1 c. pretzel sticks

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Remove from heat and add nuts and pretzels. Spread on a cookie sheet that's been covered with aluminum foil. Set in cool place (not refrigerator). When cold, break into pieces. Store tightly covered.

Tried this adding 2 tbsp. peanut butter and 1/4 c. peanut butter chips to double boiler. Even Yummy-er!
