BECKY'S TATOR TURTLES 
1 sm. potato, boiled & mashed
1/3 c. peanut butter
2-4 c. powdered sugar
1 1/4 c. chocolate chips
1 tbsp. paraffin wax

Mix peanut butter into potato while still hot, add powdered sugar until doughy, thick, stiff consistency, melt chocolate chips with the cooking wax on low heat. Roll into 1"x1" ovals. If desired, put pecan quarters in sides for feet. Spoon melted chocolate over for shell. Cool in the refrigerator until stiff.
